RETURN SHIPMENT PROCESS
To return your order, please keep the package ready and in original condition.
Contact our customer care (care@dodatak.com) and we will arrange a return shipment pickup for you.
For areas where return facility is not provided by our logistics partners, you can use your own partner and ship it to our warehouse.
Shipping and handling charges, as well as taxes and duties are not refundable.

SHIPPING & HANDLING TIME
Orders are usually processed same days (i.e., Monday – Saturday). Some orders, such as pre-order items, may take longer.
We're continuously striving to get your purchase to you sooner, however, in some unforeseen circumstances it may take a bit longer. In this case, we'll notify you of this delay immediately.
We offer free shipping on all our products for orders above ₹449.
SHIPMENT TRACKING
You will be notified when your order ships from our warehouse with the shipment tracking number.
RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY
We are happy to offer a 7 day, no-questions-asked return policy (with full refund or credit) for unused and unworn items. Free return shipping is applicable only for Pincodes covered by our courier partners.
In case you wish to exchange your ordered product to something else from Dodatak, You may contact our customer care (care@dodatak.com) to process the exchange request subject to availability.
In case of non-serviceable Pincodes, customer is responsible for returning the item to our warehouse.
In case of missing items in return orders, i.e., where the customer claims to have returned multiple products but actual pickup doesn't include all said items, the company has a right to deduct an amount up to the full MRP of the missing product from the refund amount. This shall extend to promotional products, including but not limited to free gifts.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY DURING SALE
During sale periods, returns are not accepted, but we gladly facilitate exchanges for sale orders. Standard shipping charges of INR99 apply for exchange request shipments.
